We heard about Skigo through word of mouth. We did talk to one other company first but they didn’t really have the capacity to handle what we needed.
We dealt with the same person through the sale process and he was very responsive and obviously had a good awareness of what we needed. We decided on Skigo without any 'big esoteric deal' being made and although it’s early days, it feels like a good choice.
We went for the ‘off site’ support option because they’re located very close to us so if we shout loud enough – they should come running.
So far, so good - we haven’t needed any rescue work yet but they’ve taken a light-footed approach which means we can continue to produce architecture with no distractions.
At some point, we plan to review our CAD system and maybe look to improve it so it’ll be good to have their input on that and know that we’ll be getting advice we can trust.
