Skigo were recommended to us by a firm of architects. We had frustrating experiences with other IT companies - pushy sales people trying to impose their way of working onto us.

Skigo are very approachable and immediately understood the precise requirements of a design studio. Straight away, we knew we were being listened to and it felt good to be able to explain our needs rather than have to argue them.

They offered a flexible service and a very transparent pricing structure so we could see what we’d be getting - no worries about hidden catches. We opted for ‘full support’ because we have our own server and 5 applemacs – lots of people tell you that they support mac’s but Skigo really understand them.

On a day to day basis, it’s just good to know they’re there so we get on with our work and trust the technology. In a crisis, (like an 11th hour print failure before a big presentation) they are brilliant and you almost can’t put a price on that.

They’ve also got rid of all our techno 'glitches' – those little things that you just live with - then once sorted, you wonder why you put up with it for so long. That’s really helped to make us more efficient. Now, before we update any hardware or software, we always talk it through with them first so they can recommend best buys.

Overall, we’re very pleased - Skigo take a genuine interest in helping to keep our studio running smoothly and they take a lot of pride in what they do – rightly so.
